Quick answers
Your latest post is not visible yet
Public profile monitoring runs on a schedule, so a new post may not appear immediately. Check the latest metrics update in your dashboard. If the timestamp is current and the post is still missing, email the public video link and your TikTok handle.
The dashboard says data is stale
Stale means the public TikTok data has not been refreshed within the expected window. It is a data freshness warning, not a statement that your account or post has changed. Send your handle if the warning remains after the next monitoring cycle.
Promotion delivery and TikTok views are different
They measure different events. The dashboard shows public TikTok metrics separately from promotion status. Changes in public metrics are not promotion delivery totals.
Your public counts do not match the TikTok app exactly
The dashboard shows the most recent values returned by the public TikTok data provider, along with the metrics update time. TikTok can update its own interface on a different schedule, so short differences can happen.
You are on a legacy subscription
Existing subscriptions may not have the new posts times budget structure yet. The dashboard should label the plan information it can verify and avoid inventing missing allowances or budgets. Email support if your displayed plan is unclear.
You want to buy or change a plan
Use the plan builder to review the current purchase path. Contact support before changing an existing legacy subscription if its structure is unclear.
